By purchasing or downloading a digital product from Template Depot, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms cover licensing, payment, delivery, usage, refunds, intellectual property, and the support available for all digital products.
Our digital products are provided for personal and commercial use only within the scope of the license granted below. We do not sell ownership of the product itself, but rather a license to use it under the terms set forth here.
Each product sold through Template Depot is licensed for use according to the specific description and purchase terms shown at checkout. Unless otherwise noted, purchases grant a personal or commercial-use license for the buyer and are not transferable to another person or business.
Payment must be completed before access is granted. Once payment is confirmed, the digital product is delivered via the download link or access portal provided in your account. Products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned in physical form.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless a product is not delivered, is materially defective, or a refund is required by applicable law. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
All templates, files, designs, code, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Template Depot or their respective creators. You may use the product as granted by the license, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of the design assets.
You may use purchased digital products for personal projects, client work, and business operations when the product allows such use. You may not upload the product as-is to a marketplace, distribute copies for free, or use it in a way that violates copyright, intellectual property, or applicable laws.
Support is available for installation and product usage questions within the scope of the product description. We do not guarantee custom design work, code debugging for external projects, or ongoing maintenance beyond what is listed in the product details.
Template Depot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
